Affordable parking at walking distance
Parking at Groningen Airport Eelde is convenient and affordable. We have sufficient space for both short- and long-term parking, and all parking is located within walking distance of the passenger terminal. Due to safety concerns in and around the airport, you are requested to park your car only in the official parking areas. Parking in other areas is not permitted. We must enforce this regulation strictly, and we thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
P1 & P2 parking areas
The P1 & P2 parking areas are located in front of the terminal. Ticket machines are located in front of the restaurant and in the middle of the parking area. Parking spaces for disabled visitors have been created in the P1 parking area near the terminal.
P4: Long-term parking
The P4 parking area is available for travellers who wish to park their car for longer than one day. P4 is closed when there are no flights at the airport. It opens two hours before the departure of the first holiday charter flight and closes half an hour after the last arriving or departing flight. We advise you to drop off your fellow travellers and your luggage in front of the terminal upon arriving at the airport, and then proceed to the parking area. In the weekend and during winter season (until the middle of April), the P2 parking area can be used for long-term parking. The P4 parking area also has a ticket machine.
P3: Visitors to the main office of Groningen Airport Eelde
Visitors with an appointment at the main office of the airport can park in the P3 parking area. To reach the P3 parking area, drive straight forward toward the white building at the point where the main road turns to the left. Via an intercom system at the entry to this parking lot, you can announce your arrival.
